摘  要:对中结合苯乙烯含量丁苯橡胶SBR1756进行了结构表征和热性能研究,并与低结合苯乙烯含量SBR1723N进行了对比。研究结果表明,SBR1756数均相对分子质量及重均相对分子质量均低于SBR1723N。红外谱图表明,2种样品的基本组成均为丁苯橡胶和环烷油,且差异不大;核磁共振谱图明确了2种样品的结构及含量,均与理论值相符。SBR1756玻璃化转变温度略高,2种样品热性能差异不大,起始分解温度和终止分解温度都比较接近。The structure and thermal properties of SBR1756,a type of styrene-butadiene rubber with medium bound styrene content,were investigated and compared with those of SBR1723 N,another type of styrene-butadiene rubber with low bound styrene content.The results showed that the weight average molecular weight and the number average molecular weight of SBR1756 were lower than those of SBR1723 N.IR spectrum indicated that the two types of rubber all consisted of ESBR and naphthenic oil;NMR spectrum confirmed the structure and the component content of the two types of rubber,which were consistent with theoretical values.The glass transition temperature of SBR1756 was slightly higher than that of SBR1723 N,and the difference between thermal properties of SBR1756 and that of SBR1723 Nwas not significant,in addition,the initial decomposition temperature and the terminal decomposition temperature of SBR1756 were similar to those of SBR1723 N.
