摘 要:研究了稀土顺丁橡胶对天然橡胶(NR)减震材料性能的影响,并与并用镍系顺丁橡胶BR9000的胶料进行了比较。结果表明,与镍系顺丁橡胶BR9000相比,并用钕系稀土顺丁橡胶CB24和Nd-40的胶料在炭黑分散性、动静刚度比、损耗因子、加工性能、力学性能、动态生热和永久变形、疲劳和老化疲劳性能等各方面表现更优,适宜用作橡胶减震材料。Effects of blending Nd-BR on the properties of damping rubber and comparison on rubbers blending Nd-BR and BR9000 respectively were investigated in this paper.The experimental results indicated that rubbers blending Nd-BR including CB24 and Nd-40 were more suitable for damping because of their better performance on properties such as the dispersion of carbon black,ratio of dynamic stiffness and static stiffness,loss factor,processibility,mechanical strength,heat build-up and permanent set,fatigue and aging fatigue performance in comparison with rubber blending BR9000 which was synthesized by nickel compound catalysts.
