摘　　要：研究了聚丁二烯橡胶接枝聚合转化率的测试方法,参照GB/T 8298—2008制定了适合装置控制需要的胶乳总固含量测试方法。确定了胶乳用0.20mm滤网过滤、100℃烘干15min的测试条件。讨论了胶乳取样过程中置换和取样时机对测试结果的影响,测试接枝聚合转化率的关键是取样的合理性以及样品的处理。在吉林石化公司ABS生产装置上进行研究,通过充分置换获得具有代表性的样品,同时发现样品测试过程中的凝固物对测试结果影响明显,而过滤方法是保证测试结果正确的关键。The conversion rate of graft polymerization on polybutadiene rubber was studied in this paper.The test method of latex total solid content was confirmed based on GB/T 8298.It was confirmed of filtrating by 0.20 mm sieve and drying on 100℃ during 15 minutes.The effect of displacement and the sampling time on the test results were also discussed.The key of test the graft polymerization conversion is the rationality of the sampling and sample processing.In the Jilin Petrochemical ABS production device,representative samples were obtained through the sufficient replacement.At the same time in the process of sample testing gelatin affects obviously the result of the test.How to filter is very important to ensure the correct test result.
