自制小型负压引流装置的临床应用

摘　　要：目的探讨自制小型负压引流装置在乳腺甲状腺疾病术后引流中的作用。方法将200例入选的乳腺、甲状腺手术患者回顾性分为实验组和对照组,其中对照组患者伤口分别采用橡胶引流膜、T型引流管,实验组患者伤口使用自制小型负压引流装置,比较两组间的引流时间、引流量,敷料更换次数,切口感染等。结果两组比较,实验组患者伤口留置引流时间更长、引流量更精确,更换敷料次数更少,切口感染率更低。结论自制小型负压引流装置引流效果显著,值得临床推广。Objective To evaluate the clinical effects of the small self-designed negative pressure drainage in postoperative drainage of the patients with breast or thyroid surgery. Methods 200 patients with breast or thyroid surgery were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group. The patients of the control group were treated by rubber t-tube drainage,drainage membranes in their wound; and the patients of the experimental group were treated by the small self-made device of negative pressure drainage,and the time of drainage,the drainage volume,the times of changing medication,wound infection were compared. Results With two groups compared,the experimental group patients had longer indwelling drainage time and more precise flow volume,less times of changing medication and lower cut infection rates. Conclusion The effect of small selfmade negative pressure drainage system is remarkable,and it is worthy of promotion.
