摘 要:研究了NaOH投加量对剩余污泥水解的影响,考察了在不同NaOH投加量条件下,pH值、溶解性化学需氧量(SCOD)、可溶性蛋白质、可溶性总糖及挥发性悬浮固体(VSS)的变化情况,来反映有机物的溶出情况,同时表征碱预处理对污泥水解效果的优劣.研究结果显示,在碱投加量为0~16,g/100,gSS的条件下,提取液中pH值可达7.17~12.57,SCOD质量浓度达236~4907,mg/L,蛋白质质量浓度为5~664,mg/L,总糖质量浓度为29~378,mg/L,且各参数整体随碱浓度增大而增大,NaOH预处理对促进剩余活性污泥水解的效果显著.The effect of sodium hydroxide(Na OH)dosage on sludge hydrolysis was studied in this paper. The dissolution of organic matter and the effect of alkaline pretreatment on sludge hydrolysis were represented by the investigation of the variation conditions of the p H value,soluble chemical oxygen demand(SCOD),soluble protein,total soluble sugar and the volatile suspended solid(VSS)under the condition of various Na OH dosages. Results showed that when Na OH dosage was 0~16g/100 g SS,the p H value was 7.17~12.57,the concentrations of SCOD,soluble protein,total soluble sugar of the treated sludge could reach 236~4 907 mg/L,5~664 mg/L and 29—664 mg/L respectively. With the increase of the alkali dosage,the concentrations of these indicators increased rapidly,which proved that Na OH pretreatment had dramatic effect on the improvement of excess activated sludge hydrolysis.
