摘　　要：运用系统动力学对建筑节能服务企业项目融资影响因素进行分析和识别,从项目收益、融资成本、外部环境、客户满意度4个子系统对影响因素进行了分析.在此基础上,给出了建筑节能服务企业项目融资反馈特征,并从政府、ESCO、银行角度提出了提高项目融资效率的建议与措施.This paper analyzes and identifies the financing influence factors of the Project of Service Company of Construction Energy with the method of system dynamics,and carries out an in-depth analysis on four sub-systems of the project benefits,financing cost,external environment,and customer satisfaction within the influence factors. On the basis of the above analysis,the paper summarizes the characteristics of the financing influence factors of the Project of Service Company of Construction Energy,and puts forward some proposals and measures to improve the project financing efficiency from the perspective of the government,ESCO and the bank.
