摘　　要：本科毕业设计(论文)是本科生教育全阶段中不同于常规教学但又是提升学生理论联系实际能力和理论知识综合检验的关键环节。文章结合目前国防研究大发展的背景,对基于国防型科研项目的国防型本科毕业设计(论文)进行了专题研究。由于国防工业对理论和实践创新的特殊要求,此类毕业设计(论文)在选题、组织、实施、过程控制及评价方面均不同于通常的工程应用毕业设计(论文)。文章对国防型本科毕业设计(论文)的定义、优势及在实践过程中指导教师和学生面对的挑战和应对方法进行了分析,为其成功应用提供理论基础。Undergraduate graduation project（ thesis） is a key step in the whole process of undergraduate education. Differing from the regular education,it particularly enhances the students＇ ability to link theory and practice and comprehensively examines their theoretic knowledge. With the great development of defense research,undergraduate graduation project（ thesis） based on defense research project is investigated as a special case,due to its specific requirement of innovation on theory and practice. More precisely,this special kind of graduation project（ thesis） is different from common ones in topic selection,organization,implementation,process control,and evaluation. The paper firstly defines the undergraduate graduation project（ thesis） based on defense research project,then analyzes its advantages,and finally shows the challenges imposed to advisors and students and relative solutions. The analysis provides a theoretic basis for the successfulimplementation of this kind of project（ thesis）.
