摘　　要：探讨精梳纯棉5.8tex涡流纺纱的生产实践。介绍了新疆超级长绒棉的特点、原料选配、纺纱工艺流程。通过对纺纱各工序工艺优化配置,纺制出精梳纯棉5.8tex涡流纺纱。产品质量符合要求,产品附加值高,市场前景好。该产品的成功研制突破了当下涡流纺不能纺纯棉高支纱的局限。About 5.8 tex combed cotton vortex spinning production practice.This paper introduces the features of super long-staple cotton in xinjiang, raw material selection, spinning technological process.Through optimized configuration of spinning processing technology, produced 5.8 tex combed cotton vortex spinning.The product quality meets the requirements, high value-added products, market prospects look good.The success of the product development, break through the limitations of current vortex spinning can＇t spinning pure cotton high ＇count.
