摘　　要：电气设备制造过程中,焊接是最为普通的工艺,其焊接质量好坏直接关系到设备安全稳定运行,通过对一隔离开关传动机构拐臂焊缝断裂原因进行分析,找出发生事故原因,提出焊缝开裂检测分析方法,为今后新投运及在役电气设备焊缝质量监督提供借鉴。A systematical analysis is made on the cause for the breakage of the transmission gear crank arm of a disconnector in this paper and the detection method against the breakage is also given as reference for the welding joint quality supervision on the new electric equipments and equipments in operation.
