摘　　要：火电厂快速减负荷(fast cut back,FCB)功能是大型机组不可缺少的重要安全保障,通过对沙特拉比格电厂660 MW燃油机组FCB功能控制要求的分析,对国产DEH控制系统进行改进,实现了机组FCB功能。FCB（ fast cut back） is indispensable guarantees to the safe operation of the large capacity power generating units. This paper analyzes the FCB function control requirements of the 660 MW oil-fired generating units in the Saudi Arabia Rabigh power plant. And improvements on the DEH control system made in China were made and the FCB function is successfully used.
