摘　　要：知识产权法院的设立无论在我国司法保护史上还是在法院史上都是一件大事,是我国深化改革特别是司法改革的重大举措。知识产权法院设立以后,需要合理划分知识产权法院和普通法院的案件管辖范围,从实际出发处理好三年过渡期内客观存在的相关问题。The establishment of the court of intellectual property is a major historical event for the intellectual property protection and the court construction in China.There is a need to reasonably divide the jurisdiction into the ordinary court and the court of intellectual property and appropriately deal with the relevant issues during the 3year transition period.
