球磨机静压轴承中润滑油的温升研究

摘　　要：应用有限元软件,对球磨机静压轴承的承载能力和润滑油温度场进行了计算,得出温度对承载能力的影响,温度升高承载能力下降.油箱中设置冷却系统可以控制温升.对球磨机静压轴承的结构设计和参数优化有一定的参考意义.The carrying capacity and temperature field of lubricating oil were calculated with finite element software. The effect of temperature on the carrying capacity was obtained. The carrying capacity declined with the temperature rising. The temperature rise can be controlled by setting cooling system in the oil tank. It is useful for the structural design and parameter optimization.
