摘  要:跟踪川西致密气藏水平井压裂液返排情况,分析水平井压后排液返排时机、控砂效果、助排效果及返排率。水平井由于其特殊的井身结构,趾端液体在流向跟端时需克服水平段的井筒摩阻,若提高趾端液体返排速率,则跟端流动压差增大支撑剂容易回流,如何在保持裂缝导流能力的前提下,尽快尽多地返排出液体成为备受关注的问题。通过分析,总结出区域性压裂液返排规律,为今后水平井压裂施工设计、压后排液管理提供依据。After tracing the situation of horizontal-well fracturing-fluid flowback in tight gas reservoirs, western Sichuan Basin,the post-frac flowback timing, sand-control effect, clean-up effect,and flowback rate were analyzed. For a horizontal-well drilling, due to its peculiar casing program, fluid flowing from the toe end to the heel has to overcome the wellbore friction of horizontal section.With an increase of the flowback rate at the toe end, the differential pressure at the heel increases, resulting in proppant backflow. On the premise of maintaining fracture conductivity, flowing back more fluid as soon as possible becomes a big concern. So, the flowback law of regional fracturing fluid was concluded. It provides a basis for horizontal-well fracturing design and post-frac drainage management.
