摘　　要：为给军事物流基地的科学规划和建设提供参考和依据,在介绍WSEIAC模型和军事物流基地物资保障效能评估意义的基础上,对影响军事物流基地保障效能的关键因素进行分析,运用系统效能评估法(ADC法),对军事物流基地的保障效能进行研究。对WSEIAC模型进行改进,建立军事物流基地物资保障效能评估模型。最后通过实例验证该模型的可行性。To provide reference and basis for scientific plan and construction of military logistics base, after introducing WSEIAC model and material support effectiveness evaluation significance of military logistics base, the paper analyzes the key factors which affect support effectiveness of military logistics base. It also studies the support effectiveness of military logistics base with ADC method, and establishes material support effectiveness evaluation model of military logistics base by improving WSEIAC model. The feasibility of this model is verified through a real case.
