改革开放以来中国共产党分配治理经验及启示

摘　　要：分配治理是国家治理体系中的一个重要课题,是理解和把握中国特色社会主义理论与实践的关键之一。从改革开放以来中国共产党分配治理的4个历程着手,分析党在分配治理过程中积累的经验及存在的不足,并为此提出中国共产党在分配治理问题上要加强理论研究,把握问题治理的"总开关";鼓励社会治理,促使治理主体多元化;规范治理行为,督促治理行为法治化;严格法律执行,确保法律实施刚性化的启示。Distribution governance is an important subject in national governance system and the key of understanding theo- ry and practice of socialism with Chinese characteristics. The paper firstly elaborates the 4 courses of Chinese Communist Party＇s distribution governance since reform and opening-up, after analyzing the experiences and problems during the course, it proposes that： while governing distribution problems, we should strengthen theoretical research and grasp the es- sential problems, encourage social governance and make governance subjects diversified, regulate governance behavior and make it under the rule of law, and also strictly enforce laws and make laws enforcement rigidization.
