摘  要:在三元乙丙橡胶(EPDM)中混炼配入三羟甲基丙烷三甲基丙烯酸酯(TMPTMA)(0~5.66%)后,用60Coγ射线源辐照至选定剂量(0~150 k Gy),研究了TMPTMA对辐射交联EPDM试样的交联密度、凝胶含量以及力学性能的影响,提出了EPDM添加TMPTMA的辐射交联反应模型。结果表明,TMPTMA可以有效促进EPDM中交联键的产生,辐照产物的交联密度与凝胶含量皆随TMPTMA用量增加而显著提高,但当TMPTMA含量超过2.98%时,凝胶含量的升高趋势平缓化。实验发现,过高的交联密度并不利于提高拉伸强度,添加1.96%TMPTMA的试样在10k Gy达到拉伸强度的极大值(27.6 MPa),之后随剂量的增加而下降。Ethylene- propylene- diene terpolymer( EPDM) was mixed with a selected amount( 0 ~5. 66%) of trimethylol propane trimethylacrylate( TMPTMA). Then it was irradiated to a selected dose of0 ~ 150 k Gy by60 Co γ- ray source. That how TMPTMA affected radiation crosslinking EPDM samples in crosslink density,gel content,tensile strength and elongation was studied. A radiation crosslinking reaction model of EPDM mixed with TMPTMA was proposed. The amount of crosslinks in the irradiated EPDM was largely prompted by TMPTMA. The crosslinking density and gel content of irradiated EPDM rose with the increasing amount of TMPTMA. But little additional change was found of the gel content while TMPTMA exceeded 2. 98%. The maximum tensile of crosslinked EPDM was 27. 6 MPa which was achieved by mixed with 1. 96% TMPTMA and irradiated to 10 k Gy.
