摘 要:面对传统电力系统的弊端和日益增长的电力需求,智能电网得到了广泛重视与研究。而实现电网智能化的第一步就是构建基于智能电表的高级量测体系(SM/AMI)。以SM/AMI为研究对象,分析了SM/AMI的结构以及SM/AMI在电力用户和电网公司中的作用;阐述了SM/AMI对于配电网运行和管理方式、电力用户消费行为模式的影响;研究了基于SM/AMI的需求侧资源调控策略,探讨了基于SM/AMI的高级应用,介绍了我国首个中新生态城智能电网综合示范工程,希望能够对智能电网和配电网的研究有一定的参考价值和指导意义。As to the drawbacks of traditional power system and the increasing demand for electricity, smart grid has been paid more attention and widely researched. And the base for realizing smart grid is to build advanced metering infrastructure based on smart meters (SM/AMI). In this paper, the structure and the role of SM/AMI in the power consumers and power grid corp are analyzed, and the influ- ence of SM/AMI on the operation and management of dis- tribution network and the electric power consumption be- havior mode are demonstrated. In addition, the resource regulation strategy at power demand side based on SM/AM1 is studied, the advanced application of SM/AMI is dis- cussed, and the first Sino- Singapore eco- city smart grid integrated demonstration project of our country is intro- duced, which will have some reference value and guiding significance to the research of smart grid and smart distribu-tion grid.
