基于“两个并重”“四个结合”的《伤寒论》十三五规划教材编写设想

摘　　要：《伤寒论》规划教材将在"十三五"期间进行创新与改进。此次教材的修订,将以传承与创新并重、知识传授与能力培养并重为指导原则,妥善处理基础与临床、古代与现代、理论与实践、普适化与个体化之间的矛盾,使之有机结合。修订将具体体现在:总论部分增加"汉代的医学流派""经方及经方的临床应用"2节;增加经方常用加减化裁与应用;汲取现代研究最新成果;将阳明病栀子豉汤证、白虎加人参汤证和猪苓汤证3个方证从热证部分调整至变证部分;附录部分新增《伤寒论》宋本原条文排列顺序等5个方面。The textbook of Treatise on Febrile Diseases will be innovated and improved during the 13thFive-YearPeriod. The guiding principle for new textbook compilation will put equal emphasis to both inheritance andinnovation, and knowledge transference and ability training. Conflicts between pre-clinic and clinic, ancient andmodern concept, theory and practice, and universalization and individuation will be duly handled to form an organiccombination. The revised parts will be embodied in the following： 1. Two chapters of medical school of the Handynasty and classical prescriptions and their application will be added to the overview section; 2. Contents ofmodified classical prescriptions and their clinical application will be added; 3. Contents of latest modern researchachievements will be added; Zhizichi Decoction syndrome, Baihu Jia Renshen Decoction syndrome and ZhulingDecoction syndrome will be moved from the heat syndrome section to the deteriorated case section. 5. Arrangementorder of the Song dynasty text will be added to the appendix section.
