摘 要:掌握粉煤灰基胶结充填材料的基本性能有利于其合理应用。以水、粉煤灰为主要原料,制备粉煤灰基胶结充填材料,通过实验分析材料抗压强度、凝结时间、流动性及显微结构。结果表明:粉煤灰基胶结充填材料具有速凝、早强、流动性好的性能。充填体高度越高,充填体顶、底部的抗压强度及凝结时间差异越大;灰浆和成浆的流动性与粉煤灰的活化时间密切相关;材料中钙矾石结构与石膏和石灰用量有关。袋式、挡板式充填开采工业试验结果证实,该材料是一种性能良好的采空区充填材料。This paper describes a study based on a prevailing notion that better knowledge of the bas- ic performance of fly ash-based cement filling material is beneficial for its rational application. This study is focused on preparing fly ash-based cement filling material using water, fly ash, sulphoaluminate ce- ment, lime and gypsum as the main raw material and analyzing the compression strength, setting time, fluidity and micro-structure based on the tests. The results show that the fly ash-based cement filling ma- terial exhibits the performance of quick-setting, early strength and good fluidity; the higher filling height means the greater difference between the top and bottom of filling body in compressive strength and setting time; the fluidity of mortar and slurry is closely related to activation time of the fly ash; the structure of ettringite is linked to the plaster or lime content in the material. The bag and apron filling mining industry test prove that the material is a goal filling material of better performance.
