聂惠民教授运用经方辨治心悸的经验

摘　　要：聂惠民教授擅用经方治疗各种疑难杂病。对于心悸的辨治,聂教授认为辨证的关键是分清虚悸、实悸、虚实夹杂悸,在此基础上分别用经方化裁,或是补益安神,或是祛邪定悸,或是扶正祛邪、安神定悸,临床可取得最佳疗效。Professor NIE Huimin is good at treating all kinds of difficult miscellaneous disease with classical prescription. As for treatment based on syndrome differentiation of palpitation, professor NIE be- lieves the key of syndrome differentiation is drawing a clear distinction among deficient palpitation, excess palpitation and intermingled deficient and excess palpitation, which is the basis for treatment with classi- cal prescription. Tonifying for tranquillization, eliminating pathogenic factor for stopping palpitation and strengthening vital qi to eliminate pathogenic factor, tranquillization can get the best curative effect.
