摘　　要：由药学专业技术人员参与的静脉药物集中调配,为临床的合理安全用药提供了极大的帮助,如何体现静脉用药调配中心药学专业技术人员的工作价值,建立健全我国静脉用药调配中心药事服务收费标准是我们研究的方向。本文总结了美国、加拿大、澳大利亚、日本和我国台湾地区的经验,介绍了国外部分国家和地区静脉用药调配中心相关的药事服务费的支付方式、实施情况,以期为建立国内静脉用药调配中心药事服务费的收取提供参考。Pharmacists involved in Pharmacy Intravenous Admixture Services （PIVAS） provide great help for the reasonable and safe drug application in clinical practice. How to embody the value of pharmacists work in PIVAS and establish PIVAS pharmaceutical service fee of China is the direction of our research.The paper summarizes the international experiences on charging dispensing fee in USA, Canada, Australia, Japan and Taiwan region. The content includes the illustration on the payment method and implemention which give the evidence for the reference of PIVAS pharmaceutical service fee policymaking.
