摘 要:国内已有大量对利用粉煤灰替代水泥制备泡沫混凝土的研究,但利用油页岩渣替代水泥的研究几乎没有。为此,对油页岩渣泡沫混凝土性能进行系统试验研究,并将其干密度、抗压性能、抗折性能与粉煤灰泡沫混凝土进行对比分析。结果表明,利用油页岩渣和粉煤灰替代部分水泥制备的泡沫混凝土的干密度都比同等条件下制备的水泥基泡沫混凝土的干密度低;油页岩渣泡沫混凝土和粉煤灰泡沫混凝土的干密度、抗压强度、抗折强度随着油页岩渣和粉煤灰掺量增大而先降低后升高,即存在拐点;在油页岩渣和粉煤灰掺量相同时,油页岩渣泡沫混凝土的干密度、抗压强度、抗折强度都较粉煤灰泡沫混凝土有不同程度的降低。There are a large number of researches in China on the preparation of foam concrete by using fly ash to replace cement,however, there is few research on the preparation of oil shale waste foam concrete. For this reason,the performances of oil shale waste foam concrete were systematically studied and contrastive analysis was made on its dry density,compressive properties, flexural properties with those of fly ash foam concrete. The results showed that the dry density of oil shale waste foam concrete and fly ash foam concrete content is slower than that of cement based foam concreted prepared under the same condition,the dry density, compressive strength and flexural strength of oil shale waste foam concrete and fly ash foam concrete content increased first and then decreased,namely there is an inflection point. With the same percentage of slag content,dry density, compressive strength and flexural strength of oil shale waste foam concrete has reduced to varying degrees compared to fly ash foam concrete.
