高频彩色多普勒超声加水囊对肢体浅表组织异物的诊断价值

摘　　要：目的探讨高频彩色多普勒超声加水囊(WC)对肢体浅表组织异物的诊断价值。方法对69例有异物外伤史、临床疑诊为肢体浅表组织异物的患者采用高频彩色多普勒超声加WC进行检查并与手术结果对照。结果 69例临床疑诊肢体浅表组织异物的患者中,高频彩色多普勒超声加WC诊断结果为65例阳性,4例阴性。全部阳性病例最终经手术确诊,超声诊断符合率为100%。结论在高频探头与肢体浅表组织病变部位间加WC对异物进行间接探查,能使浅表组织细微病变的图像更加清晰,从而大大提高超声诊断准确率。Objective To explore the diagnosis values of the high frequency color Doppler ultrasound to add water cyst （WC） for the foreign matter in the limbs, superficial tissues. Methods Sixty-nine cases with the trauma history of foreign matter and who were diagnosed with the foreign matter in superficial tissues of the limbs with clini- cal doubt were detected by high frequency color Doppler ultrasound to add WC in contrast to the operation. Results Of 69 cases who were diagnosed as the foreign matter in superficial tissues the limbs ,with clinical doubt ,65 cases were positive and 4 cases were negative by high frequency color Doppler ultrasound to add WC. By comparision with the operation, the correct rate of the ultrasound diagnosis is 100% for all positive cases. Conclusions Using indirect detection by adding WC between the high frequency probe and the lesions of superficial tissues of the limbs can make the image of subtle lekion more clear and can greatly heighten the accurate rate of the ultrasound diagnosis.
