摘　　要：肾小球滤过率是临床医生评价患者肾脏功能的重要指标。本文设计了一款软件,能够自动应用MDRD方程和CKD-EPI方程进行肾小球率过滤的计算,并且能根据计算结果对慢性肾衰竭患者进行分期,还能够通过与医生工作站进行结合,实现数据的自动提取,为医生提供参考。Glomerular ifltration rate （GFR） is an important indicator for evaluation of renal functions for patients. A software was designed in this paper, which could automatically apply MDRD equation and CKD-EPI equation to calculate the GFR. It can also be used to stage the patients with chronic renal failure （CKD） by calculating the results. Additionally, the software also could be integrated with the doctor workstation to achieve automatic data extraction and provide references for doctors.
