摘　　要：本文阐述了数字化断层融合成像技术的结构原理及技术特点,并对比了在骨骼系统、泌尿系统及呼吸系统的传统DR成像及CT成像的特点,探讨了数字化断层融合成像技术的临床应用价值。This paper expounded the structural principle and technical characteristics of digital tomosynthesis, and compared with the DR （Digital Radiography） and CT （Computerized Tomography） in bone, urinary and respiratory systems. Finally, it investigated the clinical effectiveness of application of digital tomosynthesis.
