摘 要:以浮床栽培蕹菜根际微生物中的细菌为例,分别在水箱中栽培25%、50%面积的蕹菜以及不栽培蕹菜的空白对照组,采用PFU法定期观察培养期间细菌的动态特征,以及细菌总数与水中COD含量的变化,分析它们之间的关系,得出:(1)25%和50%栽培面积的细菌数比对照组高1个数量级;(2)蕹菜生长4周内,蕹菜的栽培面积与细菌总数呈正相关关系,生长4周后水中细菌总数与栽培面积无明显相关;(3)50%栽培面积的COD去除率为63.54%,25%栽培面积的去除率为47.92%,对照组为25%,故浮床栽培植物根际微生物的生长对水中有机物的降解有显著作用.研究从微生物角度定量地论证了浮床栽培植物的根际微生物对水中有机物的降解作用,从而完善了浮床栽培植物治理富营养化水体的理论基础,有利于该技术的推广应用.图2,表3,参8.This paper researched the characteristics of rhizosphere microbes in floating bed cultivated swamp cabbage,took an example of bacteria. The test was divided into 3 groups according to the cultivation area ratio of swamp cabbage: 50% group,25% group and zero,as a experimental control. We regularly observed the dynamic characteristics of bacteria and COD by PFU method during the test,and then analyzed the relationship between them. The results showed that: first,the total bacterias of both 50% and25% group were an order of magnitude higher than those of the control one. Second,swamp cabbage grew within 4 weeks,its cultivation area ratio had relative correlation to the total bacteria,and they showed no significant difference after 4 weeks. Third,the rate of COD removal was 63. 54% by the 50% group,47. 92% by the 25% group,25% by the control group,so the growth of rhizosphere microbes in floating bed cultivated plants had significant,linear correlation to the degradation of organic compounds in wastewater. Research quantitatively demonstrated the relationship between them from biological aspects to develop the theoretical foundation on eutrophied water treatment by floating bed cultivation,it benefits to popularize and apply this technology. 2figs.,3tabs.,8refs.
