摘 要:目的了解福建省外环境军团菌分离株情况。方法 2008~2013年每年的7~10月共采集465份外环境水样标本,应用常规分离方法进行军团菌分离培养、血清分型及鉴定,并以聚合酶链式反应(PCR)加以验证。结果2008~2013年共检测465份外环境水样,检出120株菌株,检出阳性率25.81%。以冷却塔水检出阳性率31.14%为最高,血清型主要以LP1占66.67%(80/120)为主;分离到菌株的时间主要集中在7月37.50%(45/120)和8月43.33%(52/120),7个设区市均分离到军团菌。结论福建省2008~2013年7个设区市均有军团菌的污染情况,军团菌菌株存在着多样性,主要以LP1血清型为主。Objective To understand the Legionellaisolated from the external environment in Fujian province,2008-2013. Methods A total of 465 specimens of external environmental water samples were collected every year from July to October,2008-2013,and the Legionella were isolated by culturing,serotyping and identification,and verified by polymerase chain reaction(PCR). Results During 2008-2013,a total of 465 specimens of external environmental water samples were tested,120 strains were detected,the detection rate was 25.81%,The highest detection rate of 31.14% was in cooling tower water,the serotypes were mainly LP1,accounting for 66.67%(80/120),Isolated strains were mainly concentrated in July,accounting for 37.50%(45/120)and 43.33%(52/120)in August,which were separated in all 7cities with districts. Conclusion Legionella contamination exists in 7cities with districts cityin Fujian province,2008-2013.Legionellastrains have diversity,LP1 is the dominant serotype.
