摘　　要：目的了解郑州市中小学生对高血压防治知识掌握情况。方法 2014年9~10月采取多阶段抽样方法,对郑州市3 331名中小学生进行高血压防治知识调查,应用SPSS 18.0软件进行统计处理和分析。结果郑州市中小学生对高血压防治知识知晓率为49.91%（1 663/3 331）,其中,知晓率最高的是减轻体重可以预防高血压,为72.74%（2 423/3 331）,第二是超重和肥胖易患高血压,知晓率为70.91%（2 362/3 331）,知晓率最低的是高血压的最严重后果脑中风,知晓率为19.66%（655/3 331）,第二是每日食盐摄入量知晓率27.44%（914/3 331）。总知晓率小学生为39.23%,初中生为53.63%,高中生为58.30%（P〈0.01）。结论郑州市中小学生对高血压防治知识比较缺乏。Objective To understand the hypertension prevention and control knowledge among primary and secondary school students in Zhengzhou city. Methods A total of 3 331 primary and secondary school students were selected by multi-stage stratified random cluster sampling method,and were investigated about the awareness of hypertension prevention and treatment knowledge from September to October in 2014.SPSS 18.0software was used for data processing.Results The awareness rate was 49.91%（1 663/3 331）in knowledge of hypertension prevention and control among primary and secondary school students in Zhengzhou city.The awareness rate on the knowledge that weight loss can prevent hypertension was the highest accounting for 72.74%（2 423/3 331）.The second was overweight and obesity prone to hypertension,accounting for 70.91%（2 362/3 331）.The most serious consequence of hypertension was stroke had the lowest awareness,accounting for 19.66%（655/3 331）,and the second lowest was daily salt intake,accounting for 27.44%（914/3 331）.The total awareness rate among primary school students was 39.23%,53.63%among the junior high school students,and 58.30% among the senior high school students（P 0.01）. Conclusion The knowledge of hypertension prevention and treatment is poor among primary and secondary school students in Zhengzhou city.
