摘　　要：Allen等于1951年发现了Kidd血型系统,包含JKa、JKb、JK3等3个血型抗原。2年后,Plaut等在英国发现了相应的抗-JKb抗体。在临床上,以ABO和Rh血型系统引起的输血不良反应多见,由Kidd血型系统引起的输血反应较为罕见。国内外有关报道显示,Kidd血型系统相关抗体主要通过激活补体引起迟发型溶血性输血反应,通过此种免疫途径引起的新生儿溶血病也曾报道过。To investigate what was the relationship between anti-JKb and neonatal hemolytic disease,and understand the specificities of anti-JKb which was associated with blood transfusion.The antibodies in neonatal and maternal serum were identified in salt water medium and anti-human globulin medium,and the red blood cell-associated antigens,serum antibody titer and erythrocyte blood group were detected.Neonatal hemolytic disease of this child caused by anti-JKb antibodies activated by the complement system.
