摘　　要：胰岛素抵抗是2型糖尿病及其并发的肥胖、冠心病、高脂血症、高血压、脑卒中等疾病共同的病理生理基础。目前肥胖是已知胰岛素抵抗的重要相关因素,脂肪具有内分泌功能,已知一些脂肪细胞分泌因子与胰岛素抵抗具有密切关系,本文从脂肪细胞分泌因子与胰岛素抵抗的关系进行综述,以期为进一步研究胰岛素抵抗提供依据。Insulin resistance is the pathophysiological basis of common type2 diabetes and obesity, coronary heart disease, complicated by hyperlipidemia, hypertension, cerebral apoplexy disease. Fat is one of the most important factors related to the insulin resistance. Endocrine function of fat cells has been known. This research overview in relationship of insulin resistance and Fat cell secretion factors, hope to provide a basis for further study on insulin resistance.
