洞庭湖生态经济区生态经济指数的研究

摘　　要：基于生态经济系统15项指标构成的包括经济增长、社会发展、生态建设、环境保护和资源利用5个层面在内的生态经济指数评价指标体系,运用层次分析法对洞庭湖生态经济区的生态经济发展水平进行研究。结果表明:洞庭湖生态经济区各县(市、区)生态经济指数差异较小,其中桃源县的生态经济指数最高,为0.48,表明桃源县的生态经济发展水平较高、发展能力较强。公安县的生态经济指数最低,为0.31,表明公安县的生态经济发展水平较低、发展能力较弱。从整体上看,洞庭湖生态经济区生态经济指数得分为0.41,处于中等水平,这说明还有进一步提升的空间,主要是从加大环境保护力度和提高资源利用效率这两方面入手。Based on 15 indicators of eco-economic system, building the indicator model of eco-economic index, which includes social development, economic growth, ecological construction, resource utilization and environment protection, the paper analyzes the level of eco-economy in Dongting Lake Ecological Economy Zone through employing Analytic Hierarchy Process（AHP）.The results show that the difference of eco-economic index among areas is small. The eco-economic index in Taoyuan county is the biggest, indicating the level of eco-economy is higher. While Gongan county is on the worst eco-economic development level with the smallest value.The overall value of Dongting Lake Ecological Economy Zone is on a middle level with 0.41.Thus the area could improve itself further to achieve better from environment protection and resource utilization.
