中西医结合治疗胫胜骨开放骨折的临床研究

摘　　要：目的通过观察分析在胫腓骨开放骨折患者的治疗中，中西医结合治疗的临床效果，并评价其临床疗效。方法自2014年4月-2015年4月本院收治的胫腓骨开放骨折患者共64例。随机分组进行治疗，采用西医治疗和中西医结合治疗两种方式。结果对比两组，试验组优良率这93．75％，显著高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论相比单纯西医来说，中西医结合可以取得良好的疗效，并减少并发症的发生。Observation and analysis in open fractures of tibia and treatment of patients, Integrative Medicine clinical effects of treatment and to evaluate the clinical efficacy Objective.
