摘　　要：目的：评价CT引导下经皮穿刺置管介入持续化疗治疗脊柱结核的临床效果。方法：选取2001年1月至2012年3月收治的脊柱结核患者30例在CT引导下经皮穿刺置管介入持续局部化疗。结果：所有患者穿刺均顺利完成,无脊髓神经血管损伤和重要脏器损伤等并发症。经过30~72d持续引流和抗结核药局部化疗,拔除引流管,无窦道形成。随访6~21个月,大部分患者病灶愈合,椎体骨硬化,椎体间骨桥形成,脓肿消失。结论：CT引导下经皮穿刺置管介入持续化疗治疗脊柱结核效果良好,具有微创、操作简便、安全有效等优点。Objective：To evaluate the clinical efficacy for the treatment of vertebral tuberculosis with percutaneous puncture and continuous chemotherapy under CT guidance.Methods：30patients with vertebral tuberculosis admitted between January 2001 and March2012were treated with percutaneous intubation and continuous local chemotherapy under CT guidance.Results：All procedures were completed.No complications such as spinal and neurovascular injury and organ injury were detected.The drainage tube was removed without sinus tract formed after the continuous drainage and anti-tuberculosis local chemotherapy for 30~72d,and most patients were cured of tuberculosis lesions in spine after 6months to 21 months follow-up.The vertebral body was replaced by vertebral osteosclerosis,intervertebral bridge formed and abscess decreased.Conclusion：The treatment of vertebral tuberculosis with percutaneous intubation and continuous local chemotherapy under CT guidance is favorable,which is of many virtues,including less invasion,simple operation,effectiveness and safety.
