摘　　要：目的了解华蓥市居民健康素养状况及相关的影响因素,为政府和卫生行政部门制定提高居民健康素养的干预政策、策略和措施提供科学依据。方法按容量比例概率抽样法(PPS法)、简单随机抽样和KISH表法,在全市内抽取3个乡镇6个村,采用中国健康教育中心提供的"全国居民健康素养监测调查问卷"进行入户调查。结果被调查者健康素养总体水平为15.88%,具备基本知识和理念、健康生活方式与行为、基本健康技能的人口比例分别是24.66%、17.91%和18.58%。结论全市居民整体健康素养具备率相对较低,健康教育与健康促进工作仍要坚持不懈。Objective To investigate the health literacy status associated factors in residents in Huaying city,and to provide scientific evidence for government and health bureau for making intervention policies,developing strategies and taking effective measures. Methods The methods of probability proportion to size sampling（ PPS）,simple random sampling and KISH Grid sampling were enrolled in this study,6 villages of 3 town in the city were selected and surveyed by ＂National residents＇ health literacy monitoring-questionnaire＂. Results The overall health literacy level of the respondents was 15. 88%,the rates of those with basic knowledge,healthy lifestyles and behaviors and basic health skills were 24. 66%,17. 91% and 18. 58%,respectively. Conclusion The overall rate of health literacy in local residents is low. Health education and health promotion should be persisted.
