摘  要:以苦瓜种子为材料,研究了硝酸铈[Ce(NO3)3·6H2O]对低温(13℃)和亚适温(20℃)的苦瓜种子萌发、幼苗生长及部分生理指标的影响。结果表明,与对照温度(30℃)相比,低温和亚适温胁迫下苦瓜种子萌发和幼苗生长受抑制,92.14 mmol·L-1Ce(NO3)3·6H2O浸种可显著提高低温和亚适温下苦瓜种子的发芽势、发芽率、活力指数、萌发种子脱氢酶和α-淀粉酶活性、幼苗脯氨酸(Pro)和可溶性糖含量,降低细胞膜透性及丙二醛(MDA)含量,从而有利于低温和亚适温下苦瓜种子的萌发和幼苗的生长。In this study,several indexes of seed germination,seedling growth and physiological characters in balsam pear were investigated under low( 13℃) and sub-low( 20℃) temperature with cerium nitrate treatment. The results showed that seed germination and seedling growth were inhibited under low and sub-low temperature compared with normal temperature( 30℃,control). Germination potential,germination rate,vigor index and activities of dehydrogenase and α-amylase were increased significantly when seed was soaked with 92. 14 mmol·L- 1Ce( NO3)3·6H2O under low and sub-low temperature,meanwhile proline( Pro) content and soluble sugar content also were increased.On the contrary,membrane permeability and malonaldehyde( MDA) content were decreased remarkably. In conclusion,seed soaking with 92. 14 mmol·L- 1Ce( NO3)3·6H2O could promote seed germination and seedling growth under low and sub-low temperature condition.
