礁膜Monostroma nitidum的形态学观察和分子鉴定

摘　　要：采用形态学观察结合分子生物学的方法,对采自浙江和广东沿海的礁膜进行了初步的种类鉴定。形态学观察结果表明,藻体柔软粘滑,为片状、膜质、单层细胞;ITS序列分析结果显示,浙江的12个样品和广东的7个样品均聚于礁膜(Monostroma nitidum)分枝,将其确认为礁膜Monostroma nitidum。礁膜有无性生殖和有性生殖2种发育方式,是一种经济价值较高的海藻,具有较好的开发利用前景。Monostroma collected from Zhejiang Province and Guangdong Province was studied in this paper. Identification was conducted by combining morphological observation and molecular biological methods. At the morphological level,the thallis were soft and slimy,their cross sections were flake,membranous and had monolayer cells. At the molecular level,the result of ITS sequencing analysis showed that all collected samples belonged to the same phylogenetic group,and were identified as Monostroma nitidum. There were two growth ways in M. nitidum： one was asexual reproduction,the other was sexual reproduction. M. nitidum was of great economic value,and it had good prospects for the development and utilization.
