铬盐行业清洁生产分析——以湖北振华化学股份有限公司为例

摘　　要：铬盐生产行业属高污染行业,其清洁生产技术也一直在发展推行之中。结合实际案例,对照《铬盐行业清洁生产评价指标体系(试行)》中相关指标,同时结合国内外铬盐行业生产水平,分析湖北振华化学股份有限公司从有钙焙烧到无钙焙烧技术转变后的清洁生产水平。从分析结果来看,推行无钙焙烧技术将大大提高铬盐生产清洁生产水平,有利于企业生产的可持续发展。Chromic salt production belongs to the high pollution industry and its clean production technology has also been developing and implementing. According to some relevant index in Index System of Cleaner Pro- duction Evaluation for Chromic Salt Industry and combining with production level for chromic salt industry at home and abroad, the clean production level of Hubei Zhenhua Chemical Co. , Ltd was analyzed from calcium roasting to non - calcium roasting. Results show that implementation of non calcium roasting technology will greatly improve the level of clean production of chromic salt production, which is beneficial to the sustainable development of enterprise production.
