摘　　要：绩效评价是公立医院管理的重要手段,近年来,意大利托斯卡纳地区医疗机构的卓越绩效,吸引了越来越多的研究人员关注该地区的医疗机构绩效评价系统。通过对托斯卡纳地区医疗机构绩效评价系统先进做法的介绍,为我国公立医院绩效评价系统的改进提供可供借鉴的经验。Performance evaluation is an important means to manage state-owned hospitals. Tuscany region in Italy has gained increasing attention from international researchers due to its outstanding healthcare performance in recent years. Through introducing the advanced practice of the Tuscan regional healthcare performance evaluation systems, we can get some experience to improve the performance evaluation systems of state-owned hospitals in our country.
