摘  要:目的 建立水中敌敌畏、毒死蜱、α-六六六、β-六六六、γ-六六六、δ-六六六、七氯、p,p'-滴滴伊、o,p'-滴滴涕、p,p'-滴滴滴、p,p'-滴滴涕、莠去津、六氯苯和百菌清的全自动固相萃取-气相色谱/质谱联用测定方法。方法 利用全自动固相萃取技术对水样中农药进行提取、净化及浓缩,以GC-MS对14种农药进行分离检测,内标法定量。结果 本法相关系数均≥0.9979,检出限均在0.31-14.7 ng/ml之间,回收率在75.9%-129.7%之间,相对标准偏差(RSD)均≤8.2%(n=5)。结论 该方法的自动化程度高,灵敏度高,选择性好,准确度高,污染少,适用于水中多种农药的同时检测。Objective To develop a method for determination of 14 pesticides including dichlorvos, chlorpyrifos, α -BHC, β -BHC,γ-BHC, δ-BHC, heptachlors, p, p'-DDE, o, p'-DDT, p, p'-DDD, p, p'-DDT, atrazines, hexachlorobenzenes and chlorothalonilsin water by automatic solid- phase extraction coupled to gas chromatography- mass spectrometry (GC-MS). Methods C18 was usedto extract and enrich the pesticides in water by automatic solid-phase extraction, then the target compounds were analyzed byGC-MS under selected-ion monitoring (SIM) mode. Results The correlation coefficient of the method were all greater than 0.9979,and the limits of detection (S/N=3) were in the range of 0.31-14.7 ng/mL. The mean recoveries were 75.9%-129.7% with the RSDof greater 8.2 % (n=5). Conclusion The developed method is of automatization, sensitivity, selectivity, less pollution, and it issuitable for the determination of 14 pesticides in water sample.
