脑卒中患者并发坠积性肺炎及耐药特征的预防策略

摘　　要：目的探讨脑卒中患者并发坠积性肺炎的可行的护理预防措施。方法将该院神经内科2009年1月-2013年10月收治的130例脑卒中患者随机分为实验组和对照组,每组各65例;对照组行神经科脑卒中常规护理措施;实验组在常规治疗的基础上,根据坠积性肺炎的相关危险因素进行采取相应的护理措效施。结果实验组患者坠积性肺炎的发病人数为2人,对照组为10人;试验组平均住院日数为(14.52±6.34)d,低于对照组的(21.23±7.02)d;患者对护理服务的满意程度高于对照组。实验组和对照组在坠积性肺炎发病率,平均住院天数以及患者对治疗,护理服务满意度的差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论根据脑卒中患者并发坠积性肺炎的危险因素采取对应的护理预防措施,可以有效减少坠积性肺炎的发生率,提高患者的生命质量。Objective To study the cerebral apoplexy patients complicated with hypostatic pneumonia feasible nursing precautions.Methods In the department of neurology, 130 cases of cerebral apoplexy patients from January 2009 to October 2013 were randomly divided into experimental group and the control group, 65 cases in each group; The control group took the conventional nursing measures; The experimental group, in addition to the conventional treatment, took the corresponding nursing measures according to the related risk factors for hypostatic pneumonia. Results The number of hypostatic pneumonia in experimental patients was two, while 10 for the control group; The average hospital stay of the experimental group was 14.52±6.34, which is lower than the control group of 21.23±7.02 days; Patients＇ nursing service satisfaction in the experimental group is higher than that of the control group, and The differences in the hypostatic pneumonia incidence, the average hospitalization days and patients for treatment and nursing service satisfaction difference are statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion According to the concurrent hypostatic pneumonia in patients with cerebral apoplexy risk factors to take preventive measures, the corresponding nursing can effectively reduce the incidence of hypostatic pneumonia, improve the life quality of patients.
