摘　　要：人民币国际化问题正日益受到学术界和实务界的广泛关注。本文介绍了货币国际化的相关理论和文献、美元国际化的历程,以及当前国际货币体系、世界主要货币的国际化指数和外汇储备份额状况,并分析了人民币国际化的条件与不足,在此基础上指出人民币国际化应以渐进的方式推进,即人民币自由兑换,利用我国现有的优势实现人民币区域化,提高人民币的国际地位,最终实现人民币的国际化。Yuan＇ s internationalization has drawn increasing attention from both the academic and industrial circle. The paper has made an introduction of international monetary system and world major currencies and reviewed the advantages and defects of Yuan＇ s internationalization. On the basis of this, Yuan＇ s internationalization should be carried forward step by step, namely, the free exchange of Yuan. In addition, we must achieve regionalization of Yuan by means of the currents advantages and increase international prestige of Yuan in an effort to make Yuan international.
