摘  要:目的:观察负压封闭引流(vacuum sealing drainage,VSD)联合游离植皮术对骨科创面的疗效。方法:对收治的50例骨科创面通过前期的处理,达到游离植皮要求后,随机分为实验组及对照组,每组入选25例,其中实验组采用负压封闭引流联合游离植皮术,对照组采用游离植皮传统加压包扎方法治疗,并对两种方法的疗效进行评价。结果:负压封闭引流联合游离植皮术的平均换药次数、创面平均愈合时间、植皮成活率及平均住院时间均明显优于游离植皮传统加压包扎组,有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:创面达到游离植皮条件后,负压封闭引流联合游离植皮术能显著提高植皮成活率,疗效明显优于游离植皮传统加压包扎组,是一种较理想的封闭创面的方法,值得临床推广应用。Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of vacuum sealing drainage(VSD)combined with free dermatoplasty for orthopaedic wound. Methods 50 patients who required for skin grafting were randomly divided into experimental group and control group when the wound reached dermatoplasty conditions.There were 25 cases in each group.The experimental group received VSD combined with dermatoplasty,and the control group received dermatoplasty with compression bandage.Then we analyze and compare the therapeutic effect in the two groups. Results Compared with the control group,we found out that the experimental group's average number of dressing changes was fewer,the average time of wound healing was shorter,the average survival rate of skin graft was higher,and the average time in hospital after skin graft was shorter.The differences of the results were significant(P〈0.05). Conclusions Compared with the traditional compression packing method,VSD combined with dermatoplasty group can improve the survival rate of skin when the wound is reached dermatoplasty conditions.The application of VSD technology in the skin grafting is a good choice for the orthopaedic wound.It is worth popularizing in the clinical speciality.
