两种微创手术治疗腋臭的效果比较分析

摘　　要：目的:评价负压抽吸法腋臭根治术与小切口超薄皮瓣法腋臭根治术治疗腋臭的临床效果。方法:自2011年9月至2015年4月收治的腋臭患者90例,其中45例采用负压抽吸治疗,45例采用小切口超薄皮瓣法治疗;对两组患者的治疗效果与并发症情况进行分析并做比较。结果:经术后6个月的随访,两组治愈率分别为86.7%和91.1%,有效率均达到100%。结论:负压抽吸法腋臭根治术与小切口超薄皮瓣法腋臭根治术对腋臭治疗均有效,但各有优缺点,应根据具体情况采用个体化的治疗方案。Objective To compare the efficacy of liposuction-curettage therapy and the method of micro-incision and super thin flap in the treatment of bromhidrosis. Methods 90 patients with bromhidrosis were treated from September 2011 to April 2015,in which 45 patients with liposuction- curettage therapy and 45 patients with the method of micro-incision and super thin flap.The therapeutic effect and complications were retrospectively analyzed. Results The patients were followed up for 6 months.The cure rate was 86.7%in liposuction-curettage group and 91.1% in micro-incision and super thin flap group.The effective rate was 100% in both groups. Conclusions Both methods are effective for the treatment of bromhidrosis. Each method has its advantages and disadvantages.In order to attain the best result,appropriate procedure is chosen deliberatively.
