眼轮匝肌肌皮瓣悬吊在中面部年轻化中的应用

摘　　要：目的：探讨一种简单有效的中面部年轻化手术方法。方法：对35例中面部老化者应用下睑缘外入路切口,眶脂肪酌情切除及下眶缘释放重置、眶隔加固、眼轮匝肌限制韧带松解及眼轮匝肌肌皮瓣悬吊等方法行睑袋、泪槽畸形、鼻唇沟畸形整复。结果：随访6个月～2年,35例中面部老化患者经上述手术达到良好的效果。结论：下睑眼轮匝肌肌皮瓣悬吊可提高睑缘入路中面部年轻化手术效果。Objective To explore a simple and effective method to achieve midface rejuvenation. Methods 35 patients with midfacial aging were treated with inferior palpebral margin incision,orbital fat removal,lower margin of the orbit reset,orbital septum strengthen and orbicularis muscle flap suspension to reconstruct pouch,tear trough deformity and nasolabial groove deformity. Results Follow-up was continued for 6 months to 2 years,all cases achieved good effects. Conclusion Orbicularis muscle flap suspension is good for improving facial aging.
