利用光纤导入组织内光动力疗法治疗酒渣鼻15例疗效观察与分析

摘　　要：目的：观察5-氨基酮戊酸（ALA）光纤导入红光组织内照射光动力疗法治疗酒渣鼻的临床疗效。方法：15例以鼻部皮损为主的非鼻赘型酒渣鼻患者,采用ALA光纤导入红光组织内照射治疗,每7～10d治疗1次,共治疗6次。结果：15例酒渣鼻患者全部完成治疗,其中痊愈10例（占66.7%）,显效3例（占20%）,总有效率达86.7%。15例患者中5例出现鼻部红斑,4例出现轻微色素沉着,有一定程度的脱屑,以上不良反应后期均缓解。结论：光纤导入红光组织内照射ALA光动力治疗酒渣鼻是一种有效、不良反应小,可在临床推广的治疗方法。Objective To observe the the clinical curative effect of using optical fiber irradiation 5- aminolevulinic acid photodynamic（ALA-PDT）to treat rosacea.（imported red light directly into the lesion）. Methods 15 patients with rosacea were treated by optical fiber irradiation ALA-PDT, once every 7 to 10 days a total of 6 times. Results All 15 cases complete the treatments,among them,10 cases were cured（66.7%）;3 cases were markedly improved（20%）,The total effective rate was 86.7%. Five of the 15 patients had erythema;4 caseshad pigmentation;All patients suffered a certain degree of desquamation. Conclusion Optical fiber irradiation ALA-PDT is effective and had less adverse reactions to treat rocasea, it can be popularized in clinical treatment.
