α-糜蛋白酶联合小切口刮除法治疗面部皮脂腺囊肿疗效观察及分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨α-糜蛋白酶联合小切口刮除法治疗面部皮脂腺囊肿的疗效。方法:面部皮脂腺囊肿患者69例,随机分为实验组37例,联合使用α-糜蛋白酶;对照组32例,进行常规手术治疗。结果:实验组临床疗效好于对照组,疗效比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:α-糜蛋白酶联合小切口刮除法治疗面部皮脂腺囊肿创伤小、费用低、治疗时间短、效果佳,是比较理想的皮脂腺囊肿治疗手段。Objective To observe the clinical effects of Chymotrypsin combined with small incision curettage in treating the patients with face Sebaceous cyst. Methods A total of 69 cases with face Sebaceous cyst from May 2013 to May 2015 were selected,and randomly divided into experiment group with 37 cases and control group with 32 cases.Patientsin experiment group underwent Chymotrypsin combined with small incision curettage treatment,while control group with conventional surgery. Results The experiment group＇s clinical effects were better than the control group＇s,there was a statistical significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion With minimal incision, low-cost,short treatment time and good effect,Chymotrypsin combined with small incision curettage treatment is a ideal option for treating face sebaceous cyst.
