光子治疗仪在皮瓣术后并发症防治中的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的：探讨Carnation-22型光子治疗仪在皮瓣术后并发症防治中的临床疗效。方法：将60例皮瓣术后患者随机分成治疗组和对照组。治疗组在常规治疗中辅以光子治疗仪治疗,光源距创面为10～15cm,每次照射时间为20～30min,每天2～3次,1个疗程为5～7d;对照组采用常规换药,两组患者其他治疗相同。结果：两组患者在皮瓣术后水肿、切口感染渗出量及切口愈合时间比较均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：光子治疗仪对皮瓣术后切口愈合有促进作用,效果肯定。Objective To investigate the Carnation-22 photon therapeutic apparatus in the clinical curative effect of flap surgery. Methods 60 cases of flap surgery patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.Treatment group in the conventional treatment supplemented by photon therapeutic apparatus,light source from the wound for 10-15cm, irradiation time is 20-30 minutes each time,2-3 times a day,as a course for 5-7 days,the control group using conventional treatment,two groups of patients with other treatments are the same. Results Two groups of patients with postoperative edema in the flap,infection of incision,increase of seepage quantity and incision healing time were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The photon therapeutic apparatus on postoperative incision healing skin flap has a promoting effect.
