小切口皮下修剪加搔刮治疗腋臭临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的:观察小切口皮下修剪加搔刮术治疗腋臭的临床效果,探讨注重手术技巧可减少术后并发症发生。方法:对210例腋臭患者采用小切口皮下修剪加搔刮术予以治疗,随访评估其临床疗效。结果:210例病例中207例腋下臭味完全消失,3例留有轻微异味。术后发生皮下血肿2例,及时清除瘀血后加压包扎,愈合良好。所有患者术后切口瘢痕不明显。结论:该术式是一种微创、简便、安全、复发率低、有效的腋臭治疗技术,值得临床推广应用。Objective To observe the clinical effects of treatment for axillary osmidrosis by small incision with subcutaneous pruning and curettage,Pay attention to surgical techniques can reduce the postoperative complications. Methods We evaluated the curative effects of 210 axillary osmidrosis cases.They were treated by small incision with subcutaneous pruning and curettage. Results 207 cases＇bromhidrosis odor disappeared completely,three cases with slight odor.Two cases appeared ecchymoma, then healed after removal of blood stasis timely.Postoperative incision scars of all the patients were not obvious. Conclusion This method is simple,safe,low recurrence rate,minimally invasive,effective treatment for axillary osmidrosis.It is worthy of clinical application.
