直视下顺腋纹小切口腋臭根治术的疗效及并发症分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨直视下顺腋纹小切口腋臭根治术的疗效及并发症。方法:直视下顺腋纹小切口修剪顶泌汗腺,观察术后疗效,统计术后并发症发生率,分析其出现的原因,以期采取更好的防治措施。结果:118例患者中,116例(98%)术后疗效肯定,18例(15.25%)发生术后并发症,包括15例(12.71%)切口愈合不良,2例(1.69%)血肿,1例(0.85%)异味残留,无皮瓣坏死及神经损伤,术后切口瘢痕轻微。结论:直视下顺腋纹小切口腋臭根治术疗效肯定,并发症少,值得临床推广。Objective To investigate efficacy and postoperative complications on radical operation of axillary osmidrosis by a micro-incision along central crease of axillary under direct vision. Methods Triming apocrine sweat glands by a micro-incision along central crease of axillary under direct vision, observe the postoperative curative effect,and test statistic shows incidence of postoperative complications,analyse the causes of postoperative complications and take the better means of prevention and treatment. Results Among the 118 cases,116 cases（98%）got positive effects,18 cases（15.25%） had postoperative complications,including 15 cases（12.71%）of the edge.of cut healed badly,2 cases （1.69%） of haematoma,1 case（0.85%）of relieved,but there were no complication of necrosis and nerve injury. Conclusion The method has a positive effect, low complication rate and is valuable to be promoted in clinic.
