五点式重睑术的临床应用效果分析

摘　　要：目的：探讨五点式重睑术与传统手术埋线法、切开法、韩式三点重睑术的优缺点对比。方法：重睑线上设计五个点式切口进而行重睑术。结果：本组患者49例,术后随访1～12个月,所有患者均对手术效果感到满意。术后3～7d消肿,1～4周恢复自然形态,无感染、血肿出现,术后无明显瘢痕等并发症发生。结论：五点式重睑术操作损伤小,术后恢复快速,效果持久,形态自然,手术方法简单,操作难度低。Objective To explore the surgical skills of modified construction of double eyelid,and compare with the traditional methods,then analyze the strengths and weaknesses. Methods To cut the eyelid along eyelid line with five tiny points,and had the construction of double eyelid. Results 49 cases postoperative were followed up for 1 to 12 months,subsiding swelling for 3 to 7 days, recoveried natural for 1 to 4 weeks,all patients received satisfactory effects without serious complications,such as swelling,infections and scars.The eyelid shapes were very natural. Conclusion This operation is simple and safty with little wound,short recovery time and permanent effects.
